Analista de SAC SeniorAtendimento receptivo e ativo através dos canais de atendimento da BL e registro dos contatos nos sistemas da empresa.Interface com o departamento de Qualidade para tratativa dos potenciais desvios de qualidade dos produtos.Execução do processo de troca ou reembolso dos produtos e gestão do estoque dos produtos, em interface com a empresa terceirizada responsável pela logistíca.Interface com o departamento de Farmacovigilância ou Tecnovigilância para reporte dos eventos adversos.Elaboração de relatórios.Desenvolver, revisar e atualizar processos e sugerir melhorias para a área.Revisão dos materiais promocionais e artes, verificando a conformidade dos canais de atendimento do SAC.Participação do processo de recolhimento de produtos ou ação de campo, quando aplicável e auditorias.Cumprimento dos processos, políticas e metas anuais.Interface com as áreas internas, garantindo boa comunicação e alinhamento organizacional.São Paulo
