Senior Game Asset Specialist

Job Opportunity We are seeking an experienced professional to fill a key role in our Outsource Art Team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in shipping high-quality game-ready assets for production, with an emphasis on stylized art and realism. They must have a strong portfolio showcasing executed 3D game assets for hard surface and organics, demonstrating a firm understanding of efficient topology, UVs, and textures. A strong grasp of the latest toolsets in game art creation, including Unreal Engine 5, Substance Painter, Substance Designer, Perforce, and 3D modeling packages, is required. The successful candidate will be highly organized, self-driven, customer-focused, and a great team player with excellent communication skills. They will work closely with the Art Team Lead to ensure that assets from outsourcing partners are delivered to the expected quality level consistently and on schedule. This position involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals and drive business results.
