About the Role We are seeking an experienced senior consultant to join our team in Brazil. This is a unique opportunity for professionals with strong expertise in asset management who are passionate about driving technological transformation in leading investment institutions. This role will involve leading technology assessment projects within asset management entities, identifying gaps and opportunities, and defining transformation roadmaps. You will work closely with stakeholders from business, technology, and operations to ensure functional and technical alignment of proposed solutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Brazilian asset management industry, including local regulations, products, processes, and key market players. They will also have proven experience in technology assessment and system implementation projects in the investment environment. Responsibilities Lead technology assessment projects within asset management entities. Identify gaps and opportunities, and define transformation roadmaps. Work closely with stakeholders from business, technology, and operations. Ensure functional and technical alignment of proposed solutions. Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience in consulting or technology transformation roles within asset managers or banks with asset management operations. Deep understanding of the Brazilian asset management industry. Proven experience in technology assessment and system implementation projects in the investment environment. Solid knowledge of core architectures, with experience integrating with Matera considered a plus. Familiarity with integration technology stacks and cloud architectures.
