Role Overview We’re looking for a Senior ServiceNow Developer to join our high-performance global team. You’ll build custom applications, automate workflows, and integrate ServiceNow across enterprise environments. This is a client-facing, hands-on development role requiring technical depth and clear communication. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow applications (scoped & global) across multiple modules. Lead complex customizations using scripting (Glide, JavaScript) and automation tools, including custom workflows, UI policies, client scripts, and business rules. Architect and implement REST / SOAP integrations, leveraging Integration Hub, MID Servers, and ERP connectivity. Drive instance upgrades, performance optimization, and adherence to best practices. Collaborate with US-based clients and cross-functional teams, gathering requirements and delivering enterprise-scale solutions. Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical solutioning and architecture decisions. Stay up to date with ServiceNow releases, AI features, and industry trends, recommending adoption to clients. Requirements Certified System Administrator (CSA) – Required Certified Application Developer (CAD) – Required Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering (minimum); Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field is a plus. 5+ years of hands‑on ServiceNow development experience, with broad knowledge across multiple modules (ITSM, HRSD, CSM, ITOM, etc.) Strong scripting and automation skills (Glide, JavaScript, Flow Designer) Experience within integrations, REST / SOAP, ERP systems, and AI‑driven workflows Proven client‑facing experience, able to translate technical solutions for business stakeholders Fluent in English (written & verbal) Nice to Have Experience with App Engine, Service Portal, Virtual Agent, Performance Analytics, ATF Exposure to Agile methodologies (Scrum / Kanban) Additional ServiceNow certifications (CIS‑ITSM, CIS‑HR, CIS‑ITOM, etc.) Previous experience delivering solutions to US‑based enterprise clients Why Apricot Jam? 100% Remote with Real‑Time Collaboration (Overlapping U.S. hours) People‑First Culture – We profit share, we retain, we grow together Global Clients – Work with publicly traded U.S. companies and high‑growth tech Elite Talent Pool – Top‑tier colleagues, strong mentorship, and career growth Long‑Term Engagements – We invest in teams, not gigs Interested?
