What You’ll Do (in future roles) Design, build, and maintain scalable and efficient server-side applications. Develop RESTful APIs and backend services that integrate with front-end applications and third-party systems. Work with both relational and NoSQL databases to ensure performance, reliability, and integrity. Collaborate with full-stack and front-end developers to deliver complete solutions. Write clean, testable, and well-documented code. Troubleshoot performance issues and resolve scalability challenges. Stay up to date on backend technologies, frameworks, and best practices. Participate in architectural decisions and technical planning. What You’ll Bring 3+ years of experience in back-end development. Proficiency in at least one of the following: Java, .NET (C#), Python, Node.js, Ruby, PHP . Experience with relevant frameworks: Spring Boot, Django, Express.js, Rails, ASP.NET , etc. Solid database experience: PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server, MongoDB , etc. Strong understanding of API design and development. Experience with Git or similar version control tools. Good understanding of development best practices, testing, and security principles. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Bonus Points Experience with Kafka, RabbitMQ , or similar messaging tools. Knowledge of Redis, Memcached , or other caching strategies. Familiarity with cloud services like AWS, GCP, or Azure. Experience with Docker, Kubernetes , or other container technologies. Understanding of secure coding practices and backend security measures. Why Join Our Talent Pool?
