Brazil- Operations- Group Functions**Job Reference #**- BR**City**- Sao Paulo**Job Type**- Full Time**Your role**- Do you have experience and knowledge in the investment guidelines and investments funds skills?We are looking for analyst to:- knowledge of regulations issued by the Brazilian Securities Commission (CVM), the Brazilian Association of Financial and Capital Market Entities (Anbima), the Brazilian Revenue Service (RFB) and Pension Funds Legislations (PREVIC/ SUSEP)- act in monitoring the guidelines of investment funds, checking if the parameterized rules and the portfolio of funds are in accordance with the legislation- monitor changes in the legislation of Investments Funds to evaluate criteria and calculation of rules- interact with the Project team to map changes, tests and contribute to execution- participate in discussions to create new products, helping several internal areas in the development of these products and addressing the demands of our customers, mainly with tax reform- analyze investment fund rules based on legislation with the legal area and validate regulatory rules on the investment policy of the funds- interact with the Fund’s managers to solve the breaches and inform the Regulators when necessary**Your team**- You will work in a dynamic and participatory environment with a strong team that will always answer your questions and help you grow professionally and master key fund management skills.**Your expertise**- high knowledge of investment funds legislations, especially in the recent CVM regulations (RCVM 175)- work experience in monitoring investment guidelines of investment funds- intermediate knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel- intermediate English (desirable)- certification by Anbima (desirable)**About us**- UBS is the world’s largest and the only truly global wealth manager.
