We are seeking a skilled CRM Analyst to join our team. The CRM Analyst ensures that store communication is assertive and aligned with the needs of the customer and the commercial team.

Defining a promotional calendar aligned with stakeholders (commercial squads, communication, pricing). And reporting results and best actions.

Monitor the overall store performance and identify opportunities in the site's areas. In addition to monitoring recurrence KPIs - coupon, conversion of recurring customers, and new revenue streams.

Key activities Interface with internal and partner areas to develop campaigns aligned with the CRM promotional calendar for the brand, focused on relationship and conversion.

Perform data analysis and segmentation, creating reports for performance analysis of actions.

Fill out result reports and present them in weekly meetings.

Develop art briefs with the creative team, approve email texts and layouts, as well as create subject texts.

Ensure the update of calendars and alignment with the areas.

Structure segmentation strategies for the development of the recurrence KPI.

Create reports with an overall view of the store and understand how to develop the KPIs.

Autonomy and proactivity in the operation, and assist juniors in the operation.


Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Experience in strategic planning and process improvement.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software is a plus.

  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements in specific processes and communications to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Communication Suggestions: Propose new communication strategies and identify target audiences to improve outreach and engagement.
  • Report Compilation: Assemble comprehensive reports that summarize findings and insights from data analysis.
  • Results Presentation: Present results and strategic recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.
