Serving as a second point of contact for assigned customer accounts.Providing support:
After-sales support to retain clients and responding to client queries, communication with clients and departments (sales, operation, account receivables).Promoting services:
Understanding the company's services, suggesting company services to clients, and following up on opportunities.Reporting:
Providing regular reports to managers on the status of accounts and controlling and updating dashboards.REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
MUST HAVE:
Communication and interpersonal abilities.Ability to write emails professionally and politely.Experience with Microsoft Office and CRM.Problem-solving and critical thinking.Relationship building.Adaptability and flexibility.NICE TO HAVE:
