We seek an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead medium to large Staff Augmentation projects, managing multidisciplinary engineering teams to deliver products and transformations efficiently.
Responsibilities:- Plan and monitor project results, providing coaching and discipline as needed.
- Coordinate company systems, policies, and procedures to ensure quality and consistency.
- Foster a reliable, communicative work environment and develop team growth opportunities.
- Analyze and improve billable utilization, plan capacity, and forecast profitability.
- Forecast financial results, schedule expenditures, analyze variances, and initiate corrective actions.
- Identify new opportunities within existing clients and deliver value to stakeholders.
- Support strategic plans for technology implementation to maintain organizational effectiveness.
- 4+ years of experience as a Software Project Manager.
- Deep understanding of project management practices and Agile methodologies in IT.
- Bachelor's Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to manage diverse teams.
- Proficient in English (written and spoken) for global communication.
- Experience as a Software Engineer is a plus.
