**Position Description**:
We are currently searching for an Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Sao Paolo, Brazil. The purpose of the role is to manage and support sales activity, including quoting, opportunity management for smaller projects, the day a day incoming requests, outbound sales prospecting, ecommerce support. Also acting as a Customer Support Representative, you will have to manage all customer phone calls to effectively communicate and understand the needs and wants of the customer. The Customer Support Representative will ensure solid communication to ensure the customer’s complete satisfaction. A willingness to learn and gain an in-depth knowledge of Vaisala products and services as well as procedures and policies is key
**Your key responsibilities include**:
- Qualify selected leads and follow-up
- Identify potential strategic clients and forward the contacts to outside sales
- Prospecting through outbound targeted campaigns
- Input customer data and daily activity utilizing CRM tools
- Assisting in customer pricing, orders, and general information.
- Quote within guidelines and to close deals
- Act as a liaison between customer support & Accounting & shipping in Finland and customers in LAM to streamline the process and solve customers’ issues including clarification of orders, tracking customer deliveries, etc. and other duties as required to support the sales.
- Customer Complaint communication
- Contribute to marketing plans and sales process development
- Travel as needed with outside Sales Team to support presentations and trade show activities
- Enters new customer data and other sales data for current customers into computer database.
- Work with outside sales representatives to keep account activities up to date.
- Generate the different reports from Salesforce for the sales reviews
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, technical or similar relevant discipline and 3-5 years of related technical inside and/or outside sales experience. Or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Understanding of technical documentation
- Customer focus with ability to communicate service features and benefits
- Knowledge of core processes (marketing, sales, delivery, product, after sales)
- Fluency in English language (written and verbal) and relevant language skills for region supported
- Sales and marketing skills
- Negotiation skills
- CRM experience, such as Salesforce
- Continuous learning mind-set
- Act with integrity, aligned with Vaisala values
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills
- Experience in MS office
