Ready to Transform the Future of Retail Banking Infrastructure? Join JLL as an Engineering Program Director for our Retail Banking Portfolio. In this fully remote role, you'll orchestrate game-changing programs across our engineering verticals from anywhere in the US. This role includes up to 20% travel across the US, offering remote flexibility and hands-on engagement with our nationwide retail banking portfolio.

This role is strategic and cross-functional, focusing on facility operations, data governance initiatives, and program execution that directly impact major retail banking operations. You will manage multi-million dollar portfolios, lead emergency response protocols, create executive dashboards, and drive engineering efficiency initiatives with diverse stakeholders.

• Driving the planning, coordination, and execution of programs that span several verticals within the JLL Engineering group.
• Collaborating with key stakeholders, business and technical leaders to align functional solutions and execute program plans, including data management, data governance, data quality, strategy alignment, and reporting/analytics.
• Continuous Improvement: detect systematic issues and risks and work with colleagues to resolve them.
• Proactively manage assigned projects/programs to achieve milestones, manage execution progress, communications, status reporting, resources, change, and risk mitigation.
• Manage budget resources, deliverables, quality, forecasting, milestones, and scopes of work.
• Track and report key milestones and business metrics; create data visualizations and dashboard summaries for executive-level management.
• Own and execute implementation plans for defined engineering programs to increase efficiency and productivity.
• Oversee engineering operations and maintenance of all building systems for the portfolio.
• Serve as SME for engineering-related projects and support the IFM team as a trusted advisor to ensure PM programs are completed on time and efficiently.
• Ensure maintenance of facility electrical, mechanical, structural, life safety, and critical backup systems, maximizing system uptime.
• Inform FM and client stakeholder teams of conditions affecting system operations and reliability, including program management, procedure development and tracking of operational indices.

Required

• 5+ years in commercial facility operations
• Extensive mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire suppression system knowledge of commercial/critical facilities
• Managerial experience with direct and indirect reports; ability to align peers through vision and trust
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate well in both oral and written forms
• Fundamental skills in critical systems such as emergency/stand-by generators, HVAC, and BAS/BMS technologies
• Ability to respond 24/7 as needed in emergencies and business-impacting incidents
• Ability to manage urgent matters with leadership, reasoning, and a collaborative mindset

Preferred

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering

Estimated total compensation : 132,000.00 – 180,000.00 USD per year. The total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data.
