Criar processos padronizados que suportem soluções escaláveis para que os desenvolvedores se concentrem em projetar e pesquisar operando com eficiência e gerando artefatos de alta qualidade;
Acompanhar e conduzir técnicamente fluxos de trabalho em conformidade com a visão de redatora técnica garantir o uso adequado das ferramentas e métodos de design existentes buscando formas de padronizar artefatos e processos do time;
Identificar com propriedade quais ferramentas mais adequadas para cada momento do processo de acordo com o objetivo a ser atingido, bem como saber moderar uma conceituação utilizando o método;
Propor as melhores práticas para processos de produção de conteudos.
Manter o bom relacionamento com equipes e stakeholders em diversos níveis da organização;
