Lead Talent Acquisition Specialist

**Job Description Summary**:Design and delivery of the full spectrum of talent acquisition activities, from research and sourcing, through interview and offer, and all of the operational and administrative work associated with those activities. Has knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others; is aware of the competition and the factors that differentiate them across all Brazil.**Roles and Responsibilities**- Individuals responsible for researching, sourcing, evaluating and selecting talent at all levels. Includes those who manage sourcing and recruiting teams within a shared service center, as well as those in Businesses who lead the broad spectrum of Talent Recruitment work for that business. For use in Business or Shared Service teams.- Utilizes in-depth knowledge of a discipline and analytical thinking to execute policy/strategy. Basic knowledge of related job disciplines.- Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience. May lead small projects with low risks and resource requirements. Explains information; developing skills to bring team members to consensus around topics within field. Conveys performance expectations and may handle sensitive issues.Uses some judgment and has the ability to propose different solutions outside of set parameters to address more complicated, day-to-day problems. Has ability to prioritize information for data analysis. Uses technical experience and analytical thinking. Uses multiple internal and limited external sources outside of own team to arrive at decisions.- Leads Talent Attraction projects for different recruitment, such as University, Technical roles...- Responsible for Diversity hiring projects, complying with KPIs and sourcing in different niches.**Required Qualifications**- Advanced experience in the Human Resources & Sourcing and Recruiting- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college- English and Portuguese proficiency**Desired Characteristics**- Spanish in intermediate level- Strong process orientation/ mindset- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and perform effectively in a fast-paced matrixenvironment- Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Capable of handling multiples projects/ initiatives simultaneously and executing to completion
