O/A estagiário/a atuará com litígios e resolução de disputas. Ele/ela terá a possibilidade de aprender e assumir a responsabilidade de acompanhar os processos judiciais e administrativos envolvendo o Airbnb em todo o país. Será responsável por auxiliar na elaboração de defesas administrativas e de respostas a requisições judiciais. Ele/ela também terá a oportunidade de aprender sobre a manutenção dos indicadores-chave de desempenho do contencioso e de gerenciar citações e intimações relativas a ações judiciais e processos administrativos (PROCON). O/a estagiário/a se reportará ao Advogado Sênior de Contencioso no Brasil.
**Responsabilidades**
- Recebimento e organização de citações intimações, requisições judiciais e administrativas dirigidas ao Airbnb.
- Alimentação de dados do sistema de monitoramento de ações judiciais.
- Auxiliar na elaboração de defesas administrativas (PROCON) e respostas a requerimentos judiciais.
- Auxiliar na produção de relatórios e coletar dados para entender melhor o desempenho do Airbnb nos litígios e resolução de disputas.
- Interação e atendimento a escritórios terceirizados, com respostas a consultas, fornecendo dados com rapidez e precisão.
- Atuar como um dos principais contribuintes para o sucesso da Equipe Jurídica.
- Contribuir para projetos de apoio à Equipe Jurídica.
**Qualificações**
- Estar cursando o 2º ou 3º ano do curso de Direito.
- Residir em São Paulo.
- Ser usuário experiente do PowerPoint.
- Fluência em língua inglesa (falada e escrita) é considerada uma vantagem.
Airbnb is seeking an ambitious, bright, forward-thinking, entrepreneurial and high-spirited intern to join our Brazilian legal team, based in São Paulo. The legal intern will focus on litigation and disputes resolution. S/he will have the possibility to learn and assume the responsibility of monitoring judicial and administrative proceedings involving Airbnb around the country. Intern will be responsible for assisting with drafts of administrative defenses and responses to judicial requests. S/he will also have the opportunity to learn about the maintenance of litigation key performance indicators and to manage summons and data related to lawsuits and administrative proceedings (PROCON). This is an intern position reporting to the Senior Litigation Counsel in Brazil.
**Responsibilities**
- Reception and organization of summons, judicial and administrative requests addressed to Airbnb.
- Data supply of lawsuits monitoring system.
- Assist with the drafting of administrative defenses (PROCON) and responses to judicial requests.
- Assist with the production of reports, and gather data to have a better understanding of our performance on dispute resolutions.
- Interaction and assistance to Outside Counsels, with responses to inquiries, providing data quickly and accurately.
- Act as a key contributor to the success of the Legal Team.
- Contribute to projects supporting the Legal Team
**Qualifications**
- Applicants must be in their 2nd or 3rd year of Law School.
- Based in São Paulo.
- Skilled user of PowerPoint.
- Spoken and written English language skills are a plus.
