Our Vision Provide remarkable experience for our PEOPLE and our partner Responsibilities Understand various types of performance testing, such as load, stress, endurance, and scalability tests. Analyze test results to identify system bottlenecks, instability, and degradation, creating detailed performance test reports and dashboards. Troubleshoot performance issues across application layers, databases, APIs, and infrastructure. Participate in product design reviews to provide input on functional requirements, product designs, schedules, or potential issues. Work closely with developers, QA engineers, SREs, DevOps professionals, and product managers, both internally and externally. Apply testing processes and techniques, including functional, structural, integration, and system testing. Install, maintain, and use software testing tools. Develop and define standards such as test plans, performance baselines, benchmark metrics, and testing methodologies. Document software defects using bug-tracking systems (e.g., Jira) and report issues to developers. What We’re Looking For Great English skills - you'll communicate with international teams 3+ years of experience in Quality Assurance Experience with performance testing frameworks (e.g., Locust, JMeter, LoadRunner, Gatling, K6 or similar). Experience implementing and configuring Application Performance Monitoring (APM) tools such as New Relic, Datadog, AppDynamics, or Dynatrace. Knowledge of databases such as DynamoDB, SQL, Cassandra, or other database technologies. Experience in languages such as: Python, Java, .Net, C#, Javascript and others.
