BBTV Interactive is a creator-centric mobile game publisher with a focus on developing titles for highly engaged audiences. We've published some of the highest rated games on the Google Play and Apple App store _(we are one of the top 25 publishers in the world by app store review scores)_ including _KREW EATS_, _Jackass: Human Slingshot_ and _Shiloh & Bros Impostor Chase_.
We are looking for a dynamic and highly organized marketer to fuel the growth of the interactive business by driving compelling promotions for our games. You need to be able to work with creative teams to deliver top-notch assets for game promotion, collaborate with our IP holders on how to achieve the most installs and know how fans are reacting to our games while always being a friendly and professional face for the team. Bonus points if you can solve the occasional technical problem with our tools and services
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Leverage our creative teams to produce high quality promotional assets for our games that our IP-holders adore.
- Collaborate with creators, their agents and managers to develop a promotional strategy for the launch of the game and continued post-launch promotion, including feature updates.
- Devise and drive innovative ways to maximize the promotional capabilities of creators, whether this relates to the game design or the types of promotional assets we can can deliver in support
- Ensure the marketing team is communicating effectively with all relevant stakeholders, from our partners, to the production and customers experience teams
- Champion initiatives that help us better understand and engage with our target audiences, from AMA's, to surveys and online interviews
- Research, plan and implement social media strategies to further brand recognition for our games
- Liaise with our customer experience team to monitor the social media accounts across our portfolio, ensuring timely and accurate responses to questions or concerns
- Remain informed about any live issues in the game from our community team and our plans to address them, ensuring optics are managed effectively
**Key Skills and Requirements**:
- 2+ years experience in a marketing manager or strategic marketing manager role
- Solid understanding of content marketing, marketing automation, attribution, social media and SEO
- Experience collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team with at least one entire product launch cycle from concept to completion
- Data driven, with experience navigating various analytics platforms to pull campaign insights and identify further promotional opportunities
- Highly organized and comfortable with project management tools such as ClickUp
