At Novacura we are passionate about creating solutions that enable our customers to work smarter and faster in their businesses. We work with the business system IFS Applications and our own product Novacura Flow. We are a global organization with close cooperation between our offices in different countries and we staff our projects globally. This means you'll work with a local company one day and be part of an international project the next. Most of our consultants work in Novacura's office, not on-site at the customer's location.

**Our IT Consultant Trainee Program**
The trainee program is comprised of two parts. The first part is a one-month orientation at one or multiple of our offices, where you'll receive an introduction to Novacura's culture, products, and work methods. This will be combined with a project or assignment to provide practical knowledge.
In the second part of the program, you'll select a direction and work both internally and with our customers, gaining valuable customer experience. Your mentor will support you every step of the way.
**Location**
Novacura has global presence in Sweden, Norway, Finland, Poland, Germany, Switzerland, USA, Sri Lanka and Australia. During the Trainee Program you will stay in Uppsala (Sweden) before joining your local team.

**What will you contribute with?**
You have completed or are about to complete your education in IT/Computer Science and are eager to learn all aspects of an IT project, from coding to implementing solutions for customers. You have great communication skills and can turn customer needs into digital solutions if given the right set of tools. You enjoy working with others, both as part of a team and with customers. You're constantly seeking to learn new things and have a proactive attitude.
- Fluent in the local language in which country you will work
- Fluent in English (verbally and in writing)
- University degree within IT/Computer Science
