Agencies BD At NetEase, we are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to serve as a key player in our social app business unit. This role will be instrumental in driving growth and development within the Africa region. As an Agency Recruiter, you will be responsible for recruiting and managing a team of host partners across Africa. Your primary objective will be to increase user engagement and drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships. Identify, recruit, and onboard at least 200-300 new hosts per month. While performing your duties, you will also be required to translate various events and product features from English to Portuguese. This will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and project execution. Key Qualifications: Fluent proficiency in both English and Portuguese. A minimum of one year of experience in agency recruitment or management. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong sales-oriented mindset. Familiarity with voice-based social apps and their various features. Reliable, loyal, and goal-oriented individual with high integrity.
