Johnson & Johnson MedTech is recruiting for a Sr. Finance Analyst located in São Jose dos Campos - São Paulo - Brazil The Sr. Finance Analyst will act as an important finance team member and will partner to the local and global teams to support and drive financial and business results, performance, and compliance. This analyst will come at a time when the company is experiencing growth and relevance on a global scenario. Key Responsibilities : Responsible for the monitoring, reporting, reconciliation, and analysis regarding FP&A function (including P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, BVAs). Work closely to global and local teams, with responsibility over providing accurate, timely, and meaningful financial analysis to influence business decisions. Business partnering for Local and Global Supply Chain leaders, including short and long‑term planning and Strategic Business planning and decisions, including investment analysis. Independently sees opportunities for process efficiencies, cost improvements, while providing customer value generation. Adaptability to different policies and procedures to support the region objectives while being compliant. Supports the team on processes optimization within the finance area. Qualifications Major in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting or Engineering Advanced Excel and Power Point skills. Strong analytical skills with knowledge of finance and accounting principles. Good communication skills Requirements Desired 3‑5 years financial experience Fluent / Advanced in English.
