Job Title: Expert Call Flow Architect

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled call flow architect to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing call flows that meet our business requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • SIP Protocols: Develop a good understanding of SIP protocols and their application in our infrastructure.
  • Genesys Framework and Architecture: Understand the Genesys framework and architecture, including its components and how they interact with each other.
  • Reporting Components: Familiarize yourself with reporting components such as CCPulse/Pulse, ICON, Infomart, and CXInsights.
  • Troubleshooting Experience: Gain experience in troubleshooting Genesys infrastructure issues.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a good understanding of Genesys products, including design call-flow architect/script/data actions/data table.
  • Integration Experience: Integrate Salesforce, Genesys API's, PCI PAL, and GenAI into our system.
  • Cloud Components: Familiarize yourself with Genesys Cloud components, including Google CCAI chat bot and predictive engagement.
  • Network Infrastructure: Develop knowledge of trunks, E1/T1 (CAS, CCS), SIP, and gateway protocols (SIP and MGCP).
  • ITIL Knowledge: Apply ITIL knowledge in incident, change, and configuration management.
