O que você irá fazer?
  • Desenvolver estratégias conversacionais interpretando processos de negócio e necessidades dos clientes para criar soluções personalizadas de atendimento;
  • Criar e otimizar conteúdo com IA Generativa, desenvolvendo fluxos de diálogo inteligentes, prompts eficazes e experiências conversacionais multicanal;
  • Analisar performance através de dados, monitorando métricas de IA, relatórios de eficácia conversacional e insights comportamentais dos usuários;
  • Escrever FAQs e conteúdos conversacionais para uso da IA;
  • Construir fluxos conversacionais em plataformas NLP (IBM Watson).
O que Buscamos
  • Ensino Superior em Ciência da Computação, Engenharia, Comunicação, Marketing Digital, Administração ou áreas correlatas;
  • Experiência com produtos bancários;
  • Excelente em redação técnica e criativa;
  • Habilidades de comunicação e colaboração em equipes multidisciplinares;
  • Pensamento analítico combinado com criatividade para resolução de problemas complexos;
  • Inglês avançado.
