You will manage end-to-end campaigns, from talent sourcing to performance analysis, ensuring alignment with our brand’s goals and values.Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Sourcing & Relationship ManagementIdentify, recruit, and maintain relationships with influencers/creators across platforms (Instagram, Tik Tok, You Tube, etc.).Manage influence agencies relationship, such as Spark, BR Media, etc.Negotiate contracts, rates, and deliverables, ensuring cost-effectiveness and brand safety.Maintain a database of influencers segmented by niche, audience demographics, and performance metrics.Campaign ExecutionDevelop creative briefs outlining campaign objectives, messaging, and content guidelines.Oversee content creation (sponsored posts, stories, videos) and ensure timely delivery.Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., design, legal) to align campaigns with broader marketing strategies.Performance Tracking & AnalyticsMonitor KPIs (engagement, reach, conversions, ROI) using tools like Brandwatch, Hype Auditor, etc.Generate post-campaign reports with actionable insights for optimization.Community & Crisis ManagementEngage with influencer communities to foster long-term partnerships.Address potential PR risks (e.g., influencer controversies) proactively.QualificationsEducation:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.Business-level English is essentialfor working in a global company and collaborating across regions.Skills:Proficiency in social media platforms and analytics tools.Strong negotiation, project management, and communication skills.Data-driven mindset with attention to detail.Nice-to-Have:Existing network of influencers/creators.Experience with UGC (User-Generated Content) campaigns.
