Job Summary: We're seeking a highly skilled Creative Team Lead to oversee the design of our visual assets. As a seasoned professional in visual design, you will be responsible for managing a team of designers and ensuring that all work meets the highest standards. About Us: We empower small businesses across the U.S. with tools, strategies, and insights to rank higher, generate high-quality leads, get calls and reviews, and grow sustainably. The Role: Lead a team of designers creating websites, logos, and visual assets for local service businesses Manage production workflows to ensure timely delivery of high-quality work Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design aligns with business objectives Develop and maintain design standards and best practices You'll have the opportunity to make a real impact on the success of our clients and drive growth through innovative design solutions. Requirements: 5+ years of experience in visual design with a portfolio demonstrating expertise 2+ years of experience leading or managing a design team Hands-on execution skills: creating and refining logos, layouts, and visual hierarchy Production experience: working in environments where volume mattered We'll provide training on our specific tools, workflows, and brand guidelines, so you can hit the ground running.
