Inventory Coordinator / Inventory Analyst About the role As an Inventory Coordinator / Inventory Analyst , you will make an impact by ensuring the smooth movement, tracking, and availability of imagery collection hardware across global field operations. You will be a valued member of the Field Solutions team within Geo Data Operations (GDO) and work closely with Hardware Operations, Logistics, and cross‑functional stakeholders to support inventory accuracy, compliance, and timely deployments across domestic and international locations. This role plays a critical part in supporting a high‑profile global project that delivers interactive street‑level panoramas worldwide through advanced imaging hardware and sensor platforms. In this role, you will: Coordinate domestic and international movement of imagery collection equipment across the full product lifecycle, ensuring compliance with country‑specific regulations. Partner closely with Hardware Operations Logistics to fulfill equipment movement requests efficiently and accurately. Maintain accurate inventory records, monitor stock levels, and support ongoing stock management activities. Participate in scheduled stock counts, audits, and reconciliation to ensure inventory accuracy. Contribute to inventory forecasting and demand planning to support upcoming deployments and operational needs. Work model We strive to provide flexibility wherever possible. What you need to have to be considered Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience. 2–5 years of experience in logistics, inventory management, vendor management, or warehouse operations . Hands‑on experience with stock management, inventory tracking, and forecasting . Proficiency using spreadsheets and comfort working with data to support operational decisions. Experience working with ERP or inventory management tools . Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and regions. Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, evolving operational environment . These will help you stand out Prior experience supporting global or multi‑country logistics operations . Exposure to hardware operations or field‑based technical deployments . Experience working within regulated or compliance‑driven environments.
