We’re looking for a Growth Hacker who’s ready to turn that mission into a movement — driving massive adoption, experimenting with channels, and positioning our product as the go-to platform for operators worldwide. What You’ll Do Lead Generation & Campaigns: Build, segment, and activate targeted lead lists. Run high-converting outbound campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and paid channels. Funnels & Landing Pages: Design and test data-driven funnels and landing pages. Experiment with messaging, CTAs, and user flows to optimize conversion. Acquisition Growth: Scale paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn. Grow community visibility and thought leadership on LinkedIn and STR communities. Experiment with SEO, webinars, and content-led acquisition. Conversion & Onboarding: Optimize demo, trial, and referral funnels to drive activation and retention. Collaborate with product and ops to refine onboarding experiences. Analytics & Iteration: Track core growth metrics (CAC, LTV, conversion rates). Launch experiments weekly — scale what works, kill what doesn’t. What You Bring 1–5 years in growth, performance marketing, or SaaS marketing. Proven experience running paid campaigns, cold outreach, and automation workflows. A growth portfolio or track record of driving measurable results. Mastery of tools like HubSpot, Apollo, or Lemlist (or equivalents). Data-driven mindset — but comfortable making fast, creative decisions.
