As a Tax team member you will:- Be responsible for inbound and outbound invoices, supporting all business areas.- Improve processes by developing digital solutions based on tools like Alteryx, Power Apps.- Support indirect tax team on high quality compliance tax calculation for ICMS, ICMS/ST, IPI, Pis, Cofins and withholding tax.- Prepare and report ancillary obligation to tax authorities (SPED, GIA/ST, REINF).- Check tax law changes and report them to the team, Accounting, Corporate Tax, Business Areas and IT.- Support and provide information and documentation to the internal and external auditors.**Your future team**Volvo Tax Team works as an important business partner by providing information and solutions to make our company compliant and more profitable. Doing things using new technologies is part of our strategy and make us a protagonist of Digital Transformation.**Qualifications & Skills**- Bachelor’s degree with a major in Accounting, Management or Economics.- Demonstrate satisfactory tax and accounting knowledge confirmed through related work experience.- Advanced English level, fluency will be considered as an advantage.- SAP, Excel, Mastersaf DW, Alteryx, Power BI, - fully proficient desired- Self-motivated and ability to take initiatives- Good communication skills- Excellent time management skills are also essential, as you’ll have to ensure our company meets tight deadlines.**Ready for the next move?**- If you want to make a real impact in your career, the transportation business is where you want to be.
