**Summary**
The Principal Consultant has lead responsibilities on professional services engagements. You will be part of a team that assists customers with implementing Functional NetSuite Cloud ERP Financials solutions. The role requires heavy interaction with customers, NetSuite implementation teams and partners.
Comprehensive enablement in NetSuite solution and SuiteSuccess methodology will be provided at the very beginning of the consultant journey
**Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with customers to gather and document customer business requirements
- Work with customers to configure NetSuite software to support customer business requirements
- Analyze and architect solutions for business requirements which may include complex configurations and/or technical components
- Define detailed functional requirements for automations and integrations to NetSuite
- Work with technical teams to design and test automations and integrations
- Perform quality reviews of deliverables developed by other team members
- Collaborate and communicate with Project Managers and colleagues to facilitate on time and on budget project delivery
- Train and mentor team members
- Achieve or exceed billable utilization targets
- Continue to increase product knowledge and pursue relevant certifications
**Qualifications**
- 4 or more years of consulting or delivery experience:
- ERP (Cloud based preferred)
- NetSuite or Oracle platform experience strongly preferred - though competitive offerings will be considered, along w ERP on-premise experience
- CRM and eCommerce experience considered
- Accounting
- Finance
- Administration
- Supply Chain
- Consulting role experience strongly preferred
- Demonstrated success as a customer facing consultant; experience in translating customer business requirements into workable software solutions
- Specific experience consulting to and/or working within emerging/high volume growth markets
- Project and/or team leadership experience. NetSuite implementation "lead consultant" role experience strongly preferred
- Experience with defining requirements for complex customizations and integrations
- Ability to guide customer based on leading practices
- Ability to work well in teams, as well as independently
- Good verbal and written communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in English, verbal and written
- Critical thinker, problem solver, curious learner
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related field a plus
- Industry vertical solution domain experience a plus
- NetSuite ERP Consultant and/or oth
