Estamos em busca de um Data Visualization Designer para colaborar com o time do nosso cliente em São Paulo. Como Data Visualization Designer, você será responsável por transformar dados complexos em visualizações claras e que impactem de maneira objetiva os usuários e stakeholders envolvidos. Nosso cliente já possui bom nível em maturidade de dados e dashboards estruturados, mas está em busca de refinar e aperfeiçoar a experiência atual dos usuários. RequisitosPrincipais atividades:Interagir com analistas de dados, equipes de inteligência de negócios e stakeholders para entender os objetivos esperados através da melhor apresentação dos dados; Projetar e criar novas propostas de dashboards usando a ferramenta Tableau, explorando todos os recursos visuais e melhores práticas da ferramenta; Realizar validação com stakeholders de cada proposta de melhoria dos dashboards, apresentando embasamento pelas melhores práticas definidas pela ferramenta, refinamentos visuais com ganhos de atratividade e clareza na interpretação dos dados; Interagir e validar insights com equipe de design, buscando absorver e aplicar práticas de design possíveis na ferramenta; Participar de revisões e iterações com as equipes envolvidas do cliente, incorporando feedbacks e comunicando claramente os avanços desejados. Requisitos:Ter disponibilidade para trabalhar presencialmente dentro das instalações do cliente de 2 a 3 dias por semana no NASP; Experiência comprovada com Tableau, especialmente na construção de dashboards em empresas de grande porte; Habilidades de design visual, criatividade e atenção aos detalhes; Conhecimento e aplicação de melhores práticas visuais da ferramenta; Capacidade de trabalhar de forma colaborativa em equipe, comunicar-se efetivamente e incorporar feedback; Proatividade, iniciativa de se apresentar como protagonista sempre que seus conhecimentos e habilidades possam elevar o resultado final esperado. #J-18808-Ljbffr
