About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Broadcast Coordinator to lead our broadcast and content initiatives within Free Fire Esports. This role requires strong project management, communication, and vendor negotiation skills. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading complex, large-scale broadcast projects with multiple stakeholders and external vendors. Key Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and optimize all broadcast and content initiatives within Free Fire Esports. Manage relationships with broadcast vendors, studios, and creative agencies. Supervise on-site production during tournaments. Drive the creative direction of tournament broadcasts. Collaborate with Marketing and Social Media teams. Analyze viewership and engagement data. Requirements: Completed higher education in Communication, Broadcasting, Media Production, or related fields. 6+ years of experience in esports broadcast production, live event coordination, or content operations. Strong understanding of esports ecosystems and gaming audiences. Experience managing creative and technical production teams. Solid analytical skills.
