Nosso cliente é uma das principais instituições do mercado financeiro nacional, em plena expansão tecnológica. A companhia tem foco em inovação e desenvolvimento de plataformas core que sustentam operações críticas e de alta volumetria.
Descrição- Liderar e desenvolver equipes de engenharia responsáveis por sistemas de boletagem e registro de derivativos e renda fixa.
- Supervisionar a evolução da plataforma para suportar novos produtos e maior complexidade.
- Garantir excelência técnica, operacional e de compliance em ambiente regulado.
- Atuar próximo a Product Managers e General Tech Leads na definição de roadmap.
- Evoluir arquitetura, processos e práticas para suportar escalabilidade e alta disponibilidade.
- Promover boas práticas de engenharia, SRE e DevOps.
- Experiência prévia como Engineering Manager ou Tech Lead em times de alta performance;
- Background técnico sólido em Go, Python ou C# ;
- Conhecimento de sistemas distribuídos, baixa latência e alta disponibilidade;
- Experiência no mercado financeiro , preferencialmente em derivativos e renda fixa;
- Capacidade de escalar times e processos em ambientes de alta pressão;
- Desejável: experiência em ambientes regulados (B3, CVM, Bacen) e práticas de SRE/DevOps;
- Soft skills: liderança inspiradora, tomada de decisão ágil, resiliência e comunicação clara.
