About the team The Analytics team leverages data to drive decisions and unlock significant business value. Our mission is to deliver first‑class data products, going beyond traditional reporting. What you’ll do Data Architecture and Modeling: Design, develop, and maintain scalable and robust data models to support reporting, business intelligence, and data analytics. Data Visualization: Develop and maintain insightful dashboards using Amazon QuickSight. Optimization and Automation: Identify and implement opportunities to improve efficiency, performance, and accuracy of current processes. Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to gather their business requirements and translate them into scalable data solutions. Data Quality and Governance: Establish and enforce best practices for data quality, documentation, and governance. Drive data literacy and adoption: Champion a data‑driven culture within the organization by sharing knowledge, best practices, and promoting the use of data in decision‑making. Data Analysis: Define problem statements, formulate hypotheses, and execute rigorous analysis to uncover key trends, patterns, and opportunities across various business functions. Advanced analytics: Utilize statistical techniques, machine learning concepts, and data mining methodologies to build predictive models, segmentation strategies, and other advanced analytical solutions. Who you are Proven experience in a similar role: A strong track record in a data‑focused role such as Data Analyst, Analytics Engineer, or BI Engineer, preferably in fintech. Strong proficiency in SQL: Expertise in SQL is essential for data querying, modeling, and transformation. Experience with data visualization tools: Proficiency in creating insightful and actionable dashboards. Experience with Amazon QuickSight is a plus. Programming: Python/PySpark for data manipulation and pipeline development. Business acumen: Ability to understand business objectives and translate them into analytical questions and solutions. Soft Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills are a must, as you’ll be working with a diverse range of technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
