Job CategoryGlobal AffairsJob DetailsThe Salesforce LCA (Legal and Corporate Affairs) Operations Innovation Delivery Team is an integral part of our LCA organization, leading business transformation to optimize operations, drive innovation and enable a data-driven culture for scale and growth.Our LCA Ops Innovation Delivery team is currently seeking an expert Business Systems Analyst to lead corporate strategic and functional initiatives representing legal, compliance and privacy involving contractual commitments, quote to cash systems and process modernization. This role is fundamental in providing program leadership, innovative design thinking, and data-driven decision insights to ensure legal requirements are met with clear objectives and success measures. This role will partner deeply with cross-functional teams and leaders at all levels.Responsibilities- Analyze and document as-is business processes and tools- In partnership with business teams, drive design and documentation of to-be processes and business/system requirements.- Define and implement practical Salesforce platform configuration solutions, and/or partner with IT to drive the implementation of more complex systems enhancements.- Leverage data to drive insightful analysis that helps us best execute Legal and Corporate Affairs objectives and/or optimize our operations.Required Skills/Experience- Experience in business analysis and process design (required)- Proven Salesforce Platform hands-on configuration experience and associated certifications (preferred)- Demonstrated experience in data analysis, including proficiency with associated tools, including Salesforce Reports and Dashboards, Tableau CRM, and Tableau (preferred)- Must be organized and possess a high level of understanding of data structures, confidentiality and data protection.- Self-starter, results oriented, entrepreneurial style- Hands-on Project Management experience- Outstanding oral and written communication skills; able to communicate and effectively influence outcome at all level of the organization- Ability to take care of conflicts in a cross functional environment.- 1-3 years of total work experience in related areas- Proficiency in writing and speaking in EnglishWhat we offer- Competitive compensation- Wellness and Education Reimbursement- Unlimited PTO- Parental Leave- Childcare subsidies- And moreAccommodationsPosting StatementAt Salesforce we believe that the business of business is to improve the state of our world.
