On-site.We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience collaborating with stakeholders, understanding business needs, and translating those needs into effective solutions.Responsibilities:
Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and gather requirements.Conduct interviews, surveys, and workshops to elicit detailed requirements.Create clear and comprehensive documentation of business requirements, functional specifications, and use cases.Develop process maps, workflows, and data models to visualize business processes.Analyze business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement or optimization, and conduct cost-benefit analyses to support decision-making.Serve as a liaison between stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring alignment and supporting meetings and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.Assist in the development of test plans and ensure that solutions meet business requirements by participating in user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate functionality before deployment.Support project managers in planning, monitoring, and reporting on project progress, helping to manage stakeholder expectations and providing status updates.Provide training and support to end-users on new systems or processes, creating user manuals and training materials.Requirements:
Previous experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.Bachelor's degree.Fluent English to participate in meetings with stakeholders from other nationalities.Strong communication and presentation skills.Knowledge of process documentation and systems analysis.Ability to work in a team and manage multiple priorities.Benefits Offered:
