Overview

As a Customer Service Representative, you will help TurboTax customers by answering their questions concerning TurboTax products and tax return software. Most questions involve Downloading, Logging In, Getting Started with Basic Navigation, Importing Documents, Printing and Filing, and very basic tax questions. We'll provide continuous support for everything.

Responsibilities
  • Answer customer questions about TurboTax products and tax return software.
  • Assist with downloading, logging in, getting started with basic navigation, importing documents, printing, and filing.
  • Provide step-by-step guidance and empathetic support during live interactions with customers.
Qualifications
  • Strong communication skills; able to articulate solutions clearly and empathetically.
  • Ability to understand and empathize with customer needs while driving innovation and providing top-notch service.
  • No specific accounting background required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are valued.
  • Problem-solver mindset with a passion for helping others.
Details
  • Compensation: $18.50 per hour.
  • Certification opportunity: Earn a $155 bonus for participating in becoming a TurboTax Product Expert; certification takes place over 2 days.
  • Schedule: Flexible hours anytime between 8am EST and 12am midnight EST, Monday to Sunday; minimum 20 hours per week (more is possible).
  • Support: You'll be assigned an SME (Subject Matter Expert) for live calls, plus support from an MPS (Marketplace Performance Specialist).
