Sr. TAX ANALYST**Localização**:Brazil - SP - Finance - Accounting and Tax**Reporte (n)**: Accounting and Tax Supervisor***:**Position Summary**:This position is responsible to provide support to the Tax Department performing daily journal entries in the ERP, controlling and update accounting reports (Federal and State) Accounting bookkeeping.Supports the Accounting & Tax Supervisor with various activities (key specified below) and support.**Key Responsibilities**:- Analyze tax documents and register them;- Tax bookkeeping of Services invoices at City Halls.- Tax codes definition of types of operation which should be used within the system;- Check tax information on product and customer registrations.- Elaborate invoice and tax calculations on import processes of products and services.- Generate monthly XML files issued against the company.- Periodically send XML files, DANFES, NFS, Fiscal Books and Calculations for accounting and for preparing the monthly closing.- Determine municipal, state, and federal taxes: ISS, ICMS, IPI, PIS, COFINS (non-cumulative) and withholding taxes: ISS, INSS, IRRF, PIS, COFINS and CSLL.- Taxes reconciliation.- Calculate, check, and control tax assessments.- Provide tax information to the finance department to be paid (DARF's).- Prepare and submit the Accessory Obligations: GIA, EFD ICMS/IPI, EFD CONTRIBUIÇÃO, DCTF, DIRF, PER/DCOMP, SISCOSERV and REINF;- Control and issue clearance certificates.- Request and track tax refunds when necessary.- Follow inspection when necessary.- Guide and support other departments regarding to the tax procedures.- Identify innovative solutions and solve problems in more complex situations with a high degree of autonomy;- Teamwork.- Collaborate in prioritizing tasks.- Lead Tax projects when necessary.**Minimum Requirements/Qualifications**:- Accounting or Administration degree- English - Intermediate/Proficient Level- SAP knowledge- Five years of Tax experience.- Strong communication skill.- Be Pro-active.- Knowledge in an ERP System (preferable SAP it will be a plus), use of Microsoft officer files (word, excel)tem menu de contexto
