Job Responsibilities
  • Consulting on new Sales Business Frames and support for systemic parametrization;
  • Alignment between commercial interests and business unit strategy, considering legal aspects on multi-level business;
  • Analysis and resolution of financial issues (overdue);
  • Purchase Orders analysis and e-invoicing of Samples, Tools and Services;
  • Verification of taxes, gross and net prices, and risk assessment;
  • Back office activities (price registration, preparation of sales order in the SAP system);
  • Process owner of price implementation on SAP;
  • Responsible for the invoicing of Credit and Debit note in case of retroactive negotiations;
  • Report of Sales KPIs to support the decision-making process of the board;
  • Advanced SAP skills with focus on process development/improvement.
Support for Key Account Managers
  • Support for the key account managers;
  • Ability to generate and interpret sales reports to provide actionable insights;
  • Identifying issues and developing effective solutions;
  • Working effectively with others to achieve common goals;
  • Efficiently managing one's time and prioritizing tasks;
  • Ensuring accuracy and thoroughness in all tasks;
  • Maintaining performance under pressure;
  • Analyzing data and trends to make informed decisions.
Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Economics or Business Administration required or related;
  • Fluent level English spoken and written.
