Agora que você conhece a cultura Aggrandize, saiba mais sobre a oportunidade: Desenhar e evoluir arquiteturas de Order Management & Fulfillment; Desenvolver e customizar soluções avançadas em OCC; Modelar, configurar e otimizar workflows em OSF / OSM; Atuar em integrações entre sistemas BSS/OSS (REST, SOAP, mensageria); Realizar análise de impacto e desenho de soluções para novos produtos; Executar troubleshooting avançado e atuar na resolução de incidentes críticos; Garantir qualidade, performance e escalabilidade dos fluxos de pedido; Atuar em ambientes de alta disponibilidade e missão crítica. ❇️ O que esperamos de você – Hard Skills: Experiência sólida como Desenvolvedor OCC Sênior; Profundo conhecimento em OSF (Oracle Service Fulfillment) / OSM Framework; Forte atuação em arquitetura de soluções de Order Management; Experiência com integração de sistemas BSS/OSS; Conhecimento em REST, SOAP e mensageria; Vivência com metodologias ágeis (Scrum, Kanban); Experiência com práticas DevOps; Atuação em ambientes críticos e de alta disponibilidade. ❇️ Diferenciais: Experiência prévia em projetos de telecomunicações; Atuação em ambientes de grande escala e alto volume transacional. ❇️ O que esperamos de você – Soft Skills: Colaboração; Foco no cliente; Adaptabilidade; Visão de dono; Liderança técnica e tomada de decisão; Comunicação clara com times técnicos e áreas funcionais; Capacidade de análise crítica e visão sistêmica. ✨ O que oferecemos (modalidade CLT): VR/VA de R$39,71/dia (cartão flexível); Auxílio flex de R$210/mês (cartão flexível); Seguro de vida; Day off no aniversário; Treinamentos e certificações custeadas pela Aggrandize; Programa de indicação premiada.
