About The Role As a Product Designer at XILO, you'll play a critical role in shaping the entire user experience, from initial concept to final visual design. By turning customer insights into impactful and aesthetically pleasing designs, you'll make our products more intuitive, self-servicing, and valuable. You will be responsible for the end-to-end design process, working closely with engineers and other stakeholders to deliver high-fidelity, implementation-ready designs ahead of schedulethat are directly aligned with customer needs. Key Responsibilities Conduct 3 customer interviews with a Product Manager weekly to gather actionable feedback for design improvements. Create wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes using Figma that effectively communicate design concepts 2 sprints ahead of engineering timelines. Develop and maintain a consistent and visually compelling UI across the entire platform. Leverage data pipelines to inform and enhance design decisions. Ensure all current products are intuitive and self-servicing for users. Drive improved adoption and engagement across all current products. What we're looking for Extremely curious and inquisitive, with a passion for understanding user needs. Highly tech-savvy and comfortable designing for complex systems. A deep, almost spiritual design philosophy that prioritizes the customer experience. Skilled in conducting customer interviews and synthesizing insights into actionable designs. Proven expertise in UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work with design systems, mockups, and prototypes. Quick learner who can master the industry and product in a short time. Extensive knowledge of design principles, UX/UI best practices, and proficiency in modern design tools. Relentless work ethic: willing to go the extra mile (10+ hours daily when needed). No ego and a mindset of continuous learning and collaboration. Builds genuine relationships with team members and customers. Positive, motivating, and supportive team player. Accountable for successes and failures, with a focus on doing the job right. Balances leadership with hands-on contributions (player-coach mentality).
