ENG (engbim.com) is a BIM company that specializes in hands-on, field-focused BIM services. Founded in 2007, we have positioned itself as the largest and most experienced BIM production service provider in the United States, having completed 5,000 BIM projects with a dedicated team of over 500 staff members. We provide MEP Modeling, VDC/BIM Management, Laser Scanning, and Scan to BIM services, as well as a comprehensive array of BIM production services to architects, engineers, and owners.
ENG has evolved, expanded and become increasingly complex, but continues to be dedicated to being a high-growth, well-run, profitable business with employees and contractors located throughout the world.
A Job Captain is the one who runs the teams of modelers for specific projects. They're in charge of mentoring the modelers on software usage and best practices, detecting missing information and handling RFI/RFCs, and doing Quality Control within their assigned disciplines. The Job Captain must also be able to do modeling tasks; in fact, they develop excellent models, combining this with the internal management of the modeler's coordinated actions within the project.
Mandatory Requirements
- An Advanced of English is an absolute must.
- +5 years of BIM experience
- Engineering degree.
- +5 years of experience using Revit, Navisworks, RECAP, Cloud Compare for electric projects.
- Experience managing teams of people and dealing with clients.
- Experience with LOD 400
