iHunters is partnering with a leading global iGaming company, operating in 19 markets with over 2,700 employees worldwide, to hire a Talent Acquisition Manager for their growing operation in Brazil. This is a unique opportunity for professionals looking to work in a highly dynamic, international, and regulated environment, with the chance to directly influence the growth and structuring of the Brazilian operation. About the Role: You ll lead a team within the Talent Acquisition department, a critical sub-team of our People division. We play a key role in sustaining the company s expansion and team growth by servicing hiring needs in Brazil and our international markets. Main Responsabilities: Lead and mentor a team of Talent Acquisition Specialists, providing guidance, coaching, and support to drive team performance and achieve hiring goals; Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent; Collaborate closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand hiring needs, establish recruitment priorities, and develop talent pipelines; Define recruitment KPIs, tracking metrics, and analyzing data to optimize recruitment processes and drive continuous improvement; Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities, metrics, and outcomes to senior leadership and key stakeholders; Oversee the full recruitment life cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to managing the offer process and ensuring a positive candidate experience; Ensure operational excellence for every step of the recruitment process (e.g. position intake, job descriptions, interview structure & process, interview scorecards, offer communication); Lead key projects and initiatives focused on driving organizational growth and optimizing talent acquisition processes. Requirements: Youre a self-starter who thrives on responsibility and new challenges. You re a team player with a talent for fostering collaboration with diverse personalities. Youre passionate about talent acquisition and understand the importance of solid processes and data. But apart from that, you have: 8+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with a minimum of 3 years in a management role, ideally in a fast-paced environment; Advanced English language skills are essential for international expansion. Spanish or another language is a plus; Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and to inspire people around you as well as stand out within a talented team of TA professionals; Excellent organizational and project management abilities, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously; Autonomous and highly motivated with a strong sense of urgency.
