What you will do
  • Upgrade and optimize existing XSLT 1.0/2.0 codebases to XSLT 3.0;
  • Design and implement efficient, reusable, and maintainable transformation logic;
  • Work with Xalan and Saxon processors, ensuring compatibility and performance across environments;
  • Analyze, troubleshoot, and optimize large-scale XML transformations;
  • Collaborate with backend and integration teams to support API-driven data exchange;
  • Apply best practices in version control, testing, and documentation.
Must haves
  • 5+ years of proven expertise in XSLT (2.0/3.0) , XML, XPath, and schema validation;
  • Experience leading teams;
  • Hands-on experience with Xalan and Saxon parsers ;
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills for transformation workflows;
  • Familiarity with Java, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript ;
  • Understanding of REST/SOAP APIs and data exchange formats (JSON, XML);
  • Upper-Intermediate English level.
