Employer Industry: Healthcare Services Why consider this job opportunity: Salary up to $154,700.00 per year Comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, 401K, stock purchase plans, and tuition reimbursement Opportunity for career advancement and growth within the organization Flexibility to work remotely from anywhere in the United States Supportive work environment with a focus on diversity and inclusion Chance to lead impactful projects that improve community health What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) Manage the full project life cycle, including planning, execution, and closure of telephony implementation projects Partner with contact center operations, IT teams, vendors, and business units to oversee program implementations Maintain detailed project documentation including meeting minutes, action items, and risk management plans Provide leadership and communicate project status to stakeholders and external agencies Monitor the creation of project deliverables to ensure adherence to quality standards What is Required (Qualifications) Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience 7+ years of project management experience with departmental specific projects Previous experience leading cross-functional teams on large-scale projects Proficient with MS-Office applications Healthcare experience; managed care experience preferred How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) PMP certification preferred Previous experience with IVR, telephony, and contact center implementations/technologies (AWS, Avaya) Experience managing project budgets and resources effectively We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
