Role: Salesforce Technical Lead

As a Salesforce Technical Lead, you will combine technical expertise, leadership skills, and a strategic mindset to guide the successful implementation and ongoing optimization of Salesforce solutions, contributing to the efficiency and effectiveness of business operations.

How your day-to-day work will look like:

  • Translating business requirements into well-architected solutions.
  • Leading technical design sessions with clients.
  • Developing custom solutions and integrations.
  • Managing technical scope and client expectations.
  • Evaluating system and architectural constraints as well as performance implications.
  • Designing and managing the execution of test plans to ensure a quality solution is delivered.
  • Code Development: Write and review code, develop custom functionalities, and integrate third-party applications using programming languages such as Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
  • Provide mentorship to customers and internal development teams, sharing insights on best practices, coding standards, and the capabilities of the Salesforce platform (including both "point-and-click" configuration and code customization).
  • Identify and troubleshoot technical challenges, addressing issues related to data integration, performance, security, and more.
  • Collaborate with project managers to define project scope, estimate efforts, and create implementation plans to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Technical Architects, Business Analysts, Administrators, QA, and other Developers, to ensure seamless communication and alignment between technical and business needs.
  • Utilize strong customer-facing skills to support pre-sales processes.
  • Manage and lead platform upgrades and updates, staying current with Salesforce releases and assessing their impact on existing implementations.
  • Maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including solution designs, architectural diagrams, and coding guidelines. Contribute regularly to support the scalability of our rapid growth.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and Salesforce features to recommend enhancements and optimizations to existing implementations.
  • Provide training to development teams and end-users, ensuring they are well-equipped to effectively use and maintain Salesforce applications.

This would make you the ideal candidate:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ Years of experience working in Salesforce consulting.
  • 3+ Years of experience working with Lightning, LWC, Apex, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • 2+ Years of experience working in a Technical Lead or Developer role.
  • 2+ Years of Web Services development experience.
  • Strong understanding of the core Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud).
  • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce development, configuration, and administration.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce APIs.
  • Strong understanding of the Development Lifecycle, release management, org strategy, branching strategies, and deployment methodologies.
  • Functional knowledge of additional products in the Salesforce suite (Agentforce, Marketing Cloud, Revenue Cloud, AWS / Amazon Connect, etc.).
  • Ability to refine user stories with technical considerations (security, scalability, performance, extensibility).
  • Knowledge of data integration tools and experience integrating Salesforce with business systems (ERP, Data Warehouse, Marketing, AWS, Azure, Reporting).
  • Experience working with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies.
  • Advanced English Level is required for this role as you will work with US clients. Effective communication in English is essential to deliver the best solutions to our clients and expand your horizons.
