Job Description We are seeking a talented individual to fill the role of Systems Manager, responsible for overseeing the OneStream EPM platform and driving system enhancements. As the primary liaison between Finance and Technology teams, you will ensure that the platform meets evolving business needs and supports key finance processes. Key responsibilities include Maintenance of the OneStream platform, including administration, security, workflows, metadata, entities, accounts, UD dimensions, currencies, and hierarchy integrity. Data loads, mapping / transformation rules, and validations. Management of the OneStream upgrade process, including regression testing. Collaboration with ERP (D365) teams on data interfaces and mapping logic. Stakeholder engagement with central and local Finance teams, FP&A, IT, and 3rd party suppliers. Required Skills & Qualifications Minimum 4 years hands‑on experience with OneStream administration / config / development. Strong proficiency in VB.NET skills, including business rules, member formulas, and automation. Solid understanding of OneStream consolidation, eliminations, and currency translation processes. Experience in Budgeting & Forecasting with a good grasp of finance processes, data structures, data migration, and integration workflows. Proven experience with ERP integrations, such as REST APIs, Flat file exchanges, or direct connectors. Advanced Excel and OneStream Excel Add-In skills. Analytical mindset with high attention to detail and problem‑solving capabilities. Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across finance and technical teams.
