Sr. Program Manager, Payment Products Brazil

Responsibilities- Manage Payments Acceptance and Experience initiatives to drive increases in payments performance while overseeing the cost of payments, working alongside internal and external stakeholders. Serve as a hands-on analyst, resolving escalations and managing Payments' partners and internal clients. Effectively communicate internally across teams and externally with partners, both written and verbally.
- Solid Program or project management experience
- Advanced to fluent in English
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
- Driving process improvements experience
- Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
