Compensation and Lanes

• Option 1: Road Warrior
  • Start at $0.70 CPM
  • Pay Rate:
    • Road Warrior OTR truck drivers can earn up to $90,000 yearly
    • Guaranteed $1,610 minimum per week (earn $2,000 on top weeks)
    • Road Warrior drivers earn $0.70 CPM
  • 8 Weeks Out / 10 Days Off
  • Top miles - Guaranteed 2,300 miles per week
  • Paid vacation
  • 2020 and newer Freightliner Cascadias (APU's, refrigerators, and more), 100% automatic
  • Get a $100 Walmart gift card after orientation to stock up your truck
  • Midwest Regional or National Lanes No Northeast, No New York City

• Option 2: Midwest Regional Premium Pay Package
  • Start at $0.68 CPM

    • Midwest Regional truck drivers can earn $85,000+ yearly
    • Guaranteed $1,564 minimum per week (earn $2,000 on top weeks)
    • Midwest Regional drivers earn $0.68 CPM
  • 4 Weeks Out / 5 Days Off
