**Sr. Applications Analyst**
**Job description**:
- Interviews business partners for business requirements definition
- Facilitates prioritization discussions with business for incidents & small enhancements
- Translates business requirements into a set of structured business process, technology and organization specifications
- Performs system analysis
- Undertakes code development or system configuration, data analysis and mapping
- Provides daily oversight of the incident lifecycle activities, ensuring change requests and small enhancements are processed
- Participates in project definitions, initial cost assessment of projects, and the integration of various project contributors
- Creates solution designs
- Tests and coordinates testing to ensures quality and efficiency of deliverables
- Participates in the project team, when relevant, and provides deliverables according to the time, cost, and quality criteria
- Creates transition to support plans as part of solution delivery
- Coaches less experienced team members

- Degree in Information Technology or related
- Experience in the related field
- Analytical and problem solving skills related to the field
- Strong technical knowledge and ability to express complex technical concepts in terms that are understandable to the business
- Ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications and system designs
- Strong teamwork skills and ability to develop working relationships

- Experience in life cycle implementations of SAP ECC
- Expertise in leading blueprint workshops, SAP Configuration, Custom (PRICEFW) Development, Cutover Activities, Data Migration, Testing and User Training and hyper-care support experience
- EDI Interface development strongly desired
- Expertise in SD-FI integrations (AR accounting, inventory accounting, inter-company processing)
- Experience in setting up SD pricing design, SD Billing, SD Returns Processing
- Knowledge of SD-MM integration
- Customer Service, Plant Maintenance configuration for the SAP ECC6. 0 system.
- MTO & ETO scenarios for Customer Service module integration with Sales.
- Repair / Refurbishment process for Spares and Finished goods, so strong understanding of repair process within CS, MM/WM, and PP.
- Extensive knowledge of replacement processing including scrap and refurbishment processing
- Equipment master setup, tracking and integration with warranty tracking and coordination with SD and FI modules for reporting of warranty recognition
- Extensive knowledge of Service work orders and integration throughout repairs process
- Knowledge of service labor posting and integration with time keeping system
- Knowledge of material issues and postings
- Integration with HR module on areas like time sheet, time bookings etc.
- Set up of Installed Base, Equipment records and Functional Locations.
- Experience with SAP ETM is a plus
- Fluent English
