Os desafios que você vai encontrar: Resolver a maior parte dos problemas com autonomia e com a confiança do time; Ser responsável por todo o ciclo de desenvolvimento, mantendo a qualidade das aplicações e participando das discussões de planejamento do meu time; Ajudar outras pessoas dentro e fora do time; Compreender o modelo de negócios e estratégia da Loft e ser capaz de identificar melhorias e oportunidades nos produtos do time. O que você precisa para virar a chave? Ler e navegar pelo código de projetos existentes; Aplicar adequadamente princípios e padrões de design de software no código e nas revisões feitas; Ter forte conhecimento dos padrões das linguagens utilizadas nos projetos do time; Identificar débitos técnicos e refatorar continuamente os projetos do time; Revisar constantemente código escrito por outras pessoas, identificar e sugerir melhorias úteis e oportunas; Ter alguma experiência com formatos de dados, desempenho e localidade; Conhecer de forma básica conceitos de modelagem de dados (normalização de dados, tipos de relacionamento, permissionamento); Saber como aplicar técnicas referentes a transações de bancos de dados relacionais, tais como commit, rollback, nested transactions, concurrency control; Utilizar plataformas de mensageria, publish-subscriber para computação assíncrona e utilização de filas para o uso com engenharia de software; Ter senso de urgência, comunicar e alinhar mudanças e imprevistos de forma proativa; Participar ativamente do planejamento e priorização do time; Dimensionar e quebrar atividades com foco em entregas contínuas e incrementais; Identificar pontos de melhoria nos processos do time e fazer sugestões quando possível; Negociar a priorização de dívidas técnicas.
