Senior Analyst / Specialist - Logistics B2C

We’re building our B2C Growth Operations team and are seeking a Senior Analyst / Specialist to drive insights and own projects that directly impact growth. You’ll partner with the Manager, dive deep into data, and launch initiatives that improve how customers and drivers engage with 99.

Role and Impact

In this role, you’ll be a key partner to the Manager, leading analyses and projects to unlock growth opportunities within the B2C vertical. You’ll work with data to identify trends and own initiatives that improve interactions between customers and drivers on our platform. This is a high-impact role for someone who connects insights to execution and wants visibility into decisions shaping the future of our B2C business.

Responsibilities
  • Run advanced analyses to identify growth levers in the B2C vertical.
  • Own specific projects (e.g., driver retention initiatives, customer activation pilots).
  • Build business cases and track performance of new programs.
  • Monitor KPIs and generate insights that influence strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate with Product, Sales and Marketing to roll out new features and campaigns.
  • Mentor analysts and share best practices in analysis and execution.
Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in growth, operations, analytics, or consulting.
  • Strong skills in data analysis and project management.
  • Hands-on operator, able to move from Excel/SQL to market execution.
  • Clear communicator who can translate data into recommendations.
  • Curiosity and drive to make an impact in a fast-growing marketplace.
  • Nice to have: experience in logistics, marketplaces, or mobility; knowledge of SQL or BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
