We are seeking a Talent Sourcing Professional to excel at finding, evaluating, and onboarding exceptional creative and production talent. They will help build a global network by sourcing videographers, photographers, designers, editors, motion specialists, creative leads, project managers, and other key roles across time zones. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and genuinely enjoys connecting talented individuals with opportunities. Key responsibilities: Sourcing and attracting top creative, production, and operations talent globally Managing the entire recruitment cycle from job posting to screening, interviews, assessments, and onboarding Building robust talent pools for high-demand roles (design, video, motion, PM, creative leads) Collaborating closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and refine talent profiles Conducting structured interviews and evaluating candidates based on skills, experience, and cultural fit Maintaining organized, up-to-date applicant pipelines and recruitment dashboards Implementing scalable sourcing strategies using job boards, communities, referrals, and outreach tools Ensuring clear, timely communication with candidates for a positive experience 2+ years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or sourcing (creative, agency, or tech experience preferred) Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with modern recruitment tools (ATS platforms, AI sourcing tools, etc.) Ability to assess creative and operational talent across multiple specialties Clear and confident communication in English, able to manage candidate expectations and present opportunities effectively Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across multiple roles at once A positive, collaborative mindset and willingness to take ownership Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, remote-first environment We empower brands to scale video and design content quickly, consistently, and creatively.
